The Wild Sea is an infinite expanse of chaotic, potential reality. Many Planes exist within the sea, but they shift randomly and are generally short-lived. The unformed matter and energy of the Wild Sea is sometimes referred to as Chaos.

Also within the sea float many Spheres, including the Hub Sphere and Reshomme.

Travel through the Wild Sea is exceptionally dangerous, even for the Gods, meaning that they are effectivley trapped within Reshomme.

Various of the Gods after Menkharra travelled across the Wild Sea to first arrive at Reshomme and Schiraman, Hellani and Taramis have all ventured into the sea more recently - but found it even more dangerous than when the Spheres first drifted apart.
