The most important Royal Order of the Dragon stronghold outside Great Heldamar, the Citadel of the Silver Dragon is an ancient, eldritch, structure. In peacetime, many of the Dragon's and the Moon's forces are quartered here.
It is also an important training ground for both orders. Lucian Albrecht and Aesha Lehtranna were both posted here prior to their assignment to the Knights of the Silver Cross.
As most of the Dragon's armies are in the field against Karantas, the Citadel is at present home to a group of Raven troops, who hold off a serious siege from the Karantian army.
In light of recent revelations, it is possible that the name of the Citadel is a reference to the reawakened Goddess Mithrilanda.
