The royal family of Mantoni are the Markants, who trace their lineage back to that of the Dantonian royal line.
The majority of the Markant family are currently suffering from a terrible curse that leaves them trapped between life and death. The least affected appears to be Prince Anthony who is currently serving as Regent in his father's place.
All of the King's immediate family are automatically counted as member of the Royal Order of the Crown. The King and his wife, the High Princess, are automatically accorded the rank of Sorcerer Adventurer.
