Tammenfells

One of the largest and most strategically vital cities in Mantoni, Tammenfells lies in the South-West of the country, near its borders with Karantas and Endon.

Tammenfells is a vital part of Mantoni's logistical infrastructure - supplying its forces along the Karantian border, and is the key to controlling South-Western Mantoni.

The city lies within the domain of the Royal Order of the Wolf although in recent years the strict military governance of the city has caused a number of minor uprisings - culminating in the Common Order of the Blood Sword temporarily taking control of the city until the situation was defused by the Knights of the Silver Cross.

After the recent defeat of the armies of the Wolf, Dragon and Moon, Tammenfells is now under siege by a massive Karantian army, bolstered by strange, magical beasts and walking dead. Although the Wolf still have a significant force within the city, as do the Blood Sword, it is the Royal Order of the Scorpion that comprises the bulk of the city's defences.

The city is named for the Tammen River upon which it is built. This large river flows South into the Dalel Valley which, in turn, flows into the Sea of Souls in Endon.
