This vastly useful spell allows its caster to teleport himself, or a creature, spirit or enchanted item within touch range, across a great distance without the need to first conjure a gate. Teleport's destination must be marked by an existing [[Astral Beacon]] familiar to the caster, however it generates its own temporary beacon at the departure point when cast – allowing it to be cast from anywhere without requiring prior preparation. Although Teleport is a difficult spell to cast successfully, it can be made somewhat more manageable through a slightly slower ritual casting.
