A massive citadel that once stood on the Plane of Isiri'thantor, Hae'mantrahn was the headquarters of the Vhanti Order until its eventual destruction during the Third Battle of Isiri'thantor at the height of the War of Waking.
Most of the great citadel now lies far beneath the waves, although a few of its outlying forts survive to this day; markers for the sunken graves of a thousand Vhanti warriors.
