Third Battle of Isiri'thantor

One of the fiercest battles of the War of Waking, this conflict was the culmination of The Awakened's offensive against the Vhanti and their allies the Shanta-Katran Federation. The battle occured in late 374 NA after several months of Awakened build-up on the surrounding Planes.

During the course of the battle most of the remaining Shanta-Katran cities on Isiri'thantor were destroyed, including the capital of Jhas Kantrath - effectively shattering the Federation. In addition the Vhanti headquarters at the Citadel of Hae'mantrahn were annihilated, along with the majority of the order.

Isiri'thantor has yet to truly recover from the battle, and there is now little sign of its once-thriving civilisation except for scattered ruins and drifting tribes of pirates and scavengers.
