Prerequisites: Meditation 6 and Advanced Willpower Channelling

Increases the base amount of Power you may channel with Willpower Channelling from one third to one half of your total Willpower (round up). When you burn Willpower you gain 3 points of Temporary Power per point of Willpower spent.
