Prerequisites: Meditation 4 and Enhanced Concentration

Increases the base amount of Power you may channel with Willpower Channelling from 15% to one third of your total Willpower (round up). Additionally you can Burn Willpower more effectively, gaining 2 Temporary Power per point of Willpower spent in this fashion.
