Kahrad'Akhan

The bandit city of Kahrad’Akhan lies between the southern tip of the Karita Mountains and the dreadful Bone Waste to the south. While the city has little law and sees frequent violence between its many rival factions, its strong, high walls are nevertheless well-manned by common agreement - for the things that roam outside the walls are more horrible than anything that occurs within.
