3. How do you feel about your race? Are there any other races that you particularly admire or despise?
Like any people we have had our share of triumph and disaster, we have been victim and aggressor. During the early part of my mortal life, and for many centuries before, we had clearly lost our way however – we had become pawns of Sulansis and we did more harm to ourselves in our pointless worship of that mad god than we ever did to our enemies. Now that those dark times have passed, we have hope once more and we have achieved much during my long life, but there is a long road yet to travel.

No.
5. When and where were you born?
The 3rd day of the Phoenix in 398 EA (3rd of Dragonfang in 1141 SF in the Nelonian reckoning of the time) in the city of Lorryx’Kal Bann in the state of Banyx'Ven Virae, Nelonia.
6. Are you mortal or immortal?
Immortal.
7. Do you worship one or more deities regularly? If so, which one(s)?
No. In my youth I worshipped Sulansis, but since I betrayed her and began to walk my own path I have followed no god.
8. Do you draw power from one or more deities? If so, which one(s) and to what extent?
I have no compact with any god, but I do draw power from my lord Benethyarr when the situation demands it. Our connection is a very strong one, allowing me to match most divine angels. It has become evident to me in the years that I have served as his agent that Benethyarr's powers are much greater than most would suspect, though in truth even I do not know their full extent or source.
9. If you are capable of magic please indicate your approximate power level and rough area(s) or specialisation:
I was an adept sorceress while mortal. When my mortal life ended and I was returned to life by Benethyarr my powers grew considerably thanks to the power I was able to channel from him. Over the centuries since then I have honed my skills and made myself worthy of the title that I claim. I am knowledgeable in most fields of magic, but I have always had an especially keen understanding of Teleportation. My knowledge of Manifestation and other spiritual and demonic magics is also profound and is matched by few indeed.
10. List any factions that you owe significant allegiance to, and indicate your standing within them:
I am both master and servant to the Cult of Blazing Shadows. They act in my name, but also they may call upon me when they are in need and be assured that I will come. They are my eyes and ears, spread throughout Reshomme.
11. Are you in a committed relationship currently? If so, with whom? Describe how you feel about them:
No. It has been centuries since I lost Lanyss and I will take no other in her stead.
12. Who would you consider to be your closest friend or confidant, and why?
Benethyarr. I am bonded to him not because I have no choice or because I lust for power, but simply because I trust him. I do not claim to know all his secrets, but I know that he cares for all mortals – and that the Sulaim have a special place in his heart.
13. Who are your most frequent companions, and how do you feel about them?
I most often travel alone. Upon occasion I meet with my lord Benethyarr, and sometimes I speak with Aesha Lehtranna and Bade who were once mortal but now are Dragons. I respect them. Once we were bitter enemies, but in time we became strong allies and we achieved much together. These three are the closest I have to peers.
14. Who or what do you consider to be your greatest enemy? Why?
Sulansis is my greatest enemy. She is strange and mad and scarcely seems to know who I am, but I have fought her servants many times, and even direct manifestations of her from time to time. I have no particular desire to overthrow or destroy her, but I will not allow her to enslave my people ever again.
15. What is your most important long-term goal, ambition or dream?
To see the Sulaim recover the richness of happiness and culture that I believe they once had and finally be out from the shadow of Sulansis for all time.
16. What circumstance is most likely to drive you to violence?
I see frequent need for violence, though I take no particular joy in it.
17. What are your preferred battle tactics?
I favour twin blades, and a strike with speed and stealth, using magic to hasten my approach and keep me hidden.

No. Objects are not important.
19. Please describe your most common styles of dress for travel, combat and socialising:
I wear close-fitting plate armour crafted by Benethyarr. The armour itself is a deep and shifting black, whilst my wings are blazing white.
