The Citadel of Vae'ehntahn

Controls all three gates on Alkasha, thus holding a vital crossroads in the planar region. Founded by a military order called the Vhanti who worship Schiraman; the Vhanti were formed four hundred years ago during the War of Waking to help patrol the gate-routes and prevent the Awakened from spreading. Most were killed in the final stages of the war, and those that remained have since disbanded or been destroyed – except for this one last stronghold. The people of the citadel, though they are foreign to the plane, have long since adapted to their new home and have strong ties to the local people who dwell near the gates – the Ko’khasti.

The citadel sits at the entrance to great valley and protects the fertile land between there and the Ko’khasti mountains from Ystrati raids.
