Forming a spiritual link with the Elemental Plane of Water, this spell creates a number of tiny, glowing shapes that mimic the form of the beautiful Star Undines that dwell there. Although the spell cannot match the ethereal wonder of the spirits themselves, nevertheless the effect is still eerily attractive – filling the water with darting, phantasmal star-shapes that dance around their caster and bathe everything nearby in a other-worldly, blue-green glow.
