This spell evokes a star-shaped Charm composed of elemental ice that glows with a gentle greenish-blue light. When worn this charm allows its wearer to breath water easily, and when submerged it creates a number of tiny, glowing shapes that mimic the form of beautiful Star Undines. Although the spell cannot match the ethereal wonder of the spirits themselves, nevertheless the effect is still eerily attractive – filling the water with darting, phantasmal star-shapes that dance around the charm and bathe everything nearby in an other-worldly glow.
