Spheres are persistant, structured collections of Planes floating in the Wild Sea. All the Spheres were once connected together in a gigantic structure with the Hub Sphere at its centre, but after the Gods' War this structure somehow dissolved - leaving each Sphere randomly adrift.
The planet Teth lies on the Core Plane of a Sphere called Reshomme.
