By combining your mastery of healing with your understanding of persistent magic you are able to add an 'echo' of additional life energy to your curative magic – providing extra healing after the spell ends. Life Echo can be applied to any Essence-based healing spell, increasing the Difficulty by 2 in return for carrying out a second wave of healing on the turn after the spell ends. This echo heals for half as much as the last instance of healing applied to that target, and causes no Shock.
