By converting raw magical energy back into life-force, you are able to slowly regenerate from damage. In order to heal one point of Wound Penalty you must spend an amount of Power equal to half your Physique (round up), although this cost may be spread over up to three turns (with the healing occurring as soon as the full cost is met). This ability cannot heal more than one level of Wound Penalty per turn.
