This simple but effective combat spell is well-suited to assassinations and surprise attacks, inflicting considerable Cold Damage with a touch – an especially effective tactic when combined with a Hold attack, since the spell is maintainable. Alternatively it can be used in combination with a melee weapon in order to add a weaker chilling effect to the weapon's own damage.

Direct Touch Damage: Power x 16 Cold
