Creation Range

Creation Range is the maximum distance away from its caster that the spell in question (normally of Static Form) can be placed when cast. Unlike most Ranges listed (which are normally the Medium Range for a Ranged Attack), Creation Range is an absolute maximum and cannot be exceeded.
