These strange and powerful swords are relics of the great war that destroyed Aethleas. They are made of blue metal, cast in a peculiar, sectional design and are evidently inherently magical. Aethleas Swords have a long grip, allowing one or two-handed use and have a slightly curved blade that favours cuts over thrusts. As well as being well-balanced and extremely sharp they can be charged with magical Power to produce a variety of effects.
The Knights of the Silver Cross acquired several of these swords during their visit to the Great Seal of Aethleas.
