Prerequisites: Spellcasting 3 and Simple Aquakinetics
Grants you access to a new Channel aligned with the element of Water. This Channel provides a variable amount of Power ranging from one point to half of your Spellcasting Skill (round up).
The Power available at any given time is measured as a percentage of your maximum and is related to the phases of the moon. At the full moon you have 100% Power, at the half moon you have 50% and when there is no moon you have 0% (though you still receive the minimum one Power), with available Power scaling smoothly as time passes. Always round up fractional amounts of Power and remember that the Channel produces at least one point of Power at all times.
