Although related to other wrestling-style martial arts moves, Throw uses your own body as a pivot in order to fling your enemy to the ground rather than engaging them in an extended Grapple. Throws suffer from a -1 AM but such is the force of a successful Throw that it inflicts damage equal to twice your Strength in addition to knocking your opponent to the ground. Damage caused by a Throw is generally of Very Blunt type (for a reasonably flat surface) but throwing an enemy onto something spiky or otherwise dangerous may increase the damage as well as altering the damage type at the GM's discretion. A thrown opponent suffers from a Recovery Penalty as they clamber back to their feet.
