Providing a much more useful form of mental communication than Mentalic Message, Telepathic Contact allows its caster to silently converse at length with someone nearby, so long as he has a Mentalic Impression of the target. Because the contact established is a true mental link, not simply a delivery of specific words, conversations via Telepathic Contact do not require the participants to share a common language.
