Jhustusan

A bright and austere Plane in the Fringes, once home to the angel Iasakell and still occupied by her followers the Iasunti. Jhustusan is composed of an great forest of massive stone pillars, floating in an endless sky. Despite their apparent lack of foundation or anchor the pillars remain perfectly stable, motionless and evenly spaced and are large enough to accommodate towns, farms or monasteries atop them. Natural life on Jhustusan is of a most unusual kind, being composed of various kinds of photovorous crystals – some of which are broadly plant-like, while others walk or even fly.
