Prerequisites: Meditation 3, or Meditation 2 and Basic Mentalics

You are adept at using the art of meditation to help you overcome Shock and Psychic Damage. While meditating in this fashion you heal up to three Shock and one point of Wound Penalty from Psychic damage every round. If you try to use this form of meditation but fail the skill check required you waste a round trying and lose a temporary point of Willpower.
