Making felt the oft-touted swiftness of light, Bright Leap allows its caster to move almost instantly between two points, so long as the destination is relatively well-lit (no more than two points of Darkness Penalty) and can be clearly seen from his current vantage. Bright Leap causes a noticeable flash of light at both its start and end point.
