Activation Power

Activation Power is the additional Power fed to a Talisman to trigger its Activation Effects. This Power is handled separately from the Power used to maintain the spell itself, and may come from a separate Channel - although it must be provided by the same character. Typically the effectiveness of Activation Effects depends on the amount of Activation Power they are provided with, which must be in the range indicated by the spell's description in order for the Activation Effects to trigger at all.
