Eldren have pale skin, slanted eyes and pointed ears. Their hair is most often blonde but light brown or red hair is not unknown. Eldren have green or grey eyes. They are slightly longer lived than most Humans and, like their cousins the Sulaim are also allergic to alcohol. Because of this condition they typically rely on marijuana and the psychoactive 'Eldren Wine' to aid in relaxation.

Eldren are sometimes referred to as 'Elves' by the Amethyar and Nethenyarr.
