Amethyar

The Amethyar are very similar to real-world Humans and are the dominant race of Amethgare, the most populous continent of Teth, and the neighbouring land-mass of Pyreneth.

Rather than referring to a single breed, the Amethyar are made up of three closely related Races; the Kamarain, Thulain and Suthyar. In modern times the various half-breeds (normally called Kamathar and Thuthain) brought about by interbreeding between these races as well as Eldren and Sulaim are also considered Amethyar.

The various breeds of Amethyar are essentially identical in most respects, with colouration of skin, eyes and hair being the main distinguising features.

The Amethyar are only one of several racial groups collectivley labelled as Human.
