Dragon Guard

A sect of the Royal Order of the Dragon. The Dragon Guard are a combination of an Internal Affairs department and the closest the Dragon come to undercover agents. It is regarded as a fast-track to promotion, at least amongst the lower ranks - the Dragon Guard do not have many very high-ranking members. Lucian Albrecht is a member of this sect.
