You are skilled at various techniques that make stealth in an urban environment more successful – walking quietly on stairs, opening and closing doors without them creaking, blending into crowds to confuse pursuers, etc. This ability eliminates the -2 Stealth penalty applied to those who aren't familiar with the basics of sneaking in this environment.
