After a little practice you've developed a decent eye for throwing simple, unweighted projectiles such as stones with decent accuracy. This ability negates the default -2 AM applied to throwing projectiles of this kind, but does not affect the penalty applied to true throwing weapons (such as throwing knives or shuriken) since they require further training to use properly.
