A very small and rather controversial sect of the Mantonian Royal Order of the Hawk. The Talon's Reach Sect carry out more proactive quests than is normal for the Hawk, seeking out traitors or enemies of Mantoni abroad and bringing them home to face justice.
This mission often leads to conflicts with the Hawk's central dogma of fighting defensively and only killing when it is unavoidable, although the sect's operations are sufficiently useful that its methods have been tolerated thus far.
