Tactile Telekinesis surrounds its caster with a subtle telekinetic field that matches his motions and so boosts his effective strength. This field can also apply a jolt of kinetic energy by touch – adding secondary damage to an unarmed melee attack, or a melee attack using natural weapons. The force imparted by these jolts inflicts little real harm, but causes massive knockback.
