You are overcome by a sudden sensation of light-headedness and feel as if you're about to collapse. As a result you cannot attempt any actions on your next turn except half-speed movement and somewhat incoherent speech (-3 to your Linguistics total). In addition you suffer a -3 penalty to all your defences and cannot cast Reflex-type spells until the end of your next turn.
