You have become adept at quickly readying and using throwing weapons, allowing you to make two thrown weapon attacks per turn with a -3 Snapshot penalty (instead of the normal -1) or one such attack with no Snapshot penalty at all. In addition you suffer no Initiative penalty when readying a thrown weapon.
