This vicious combo relies on brute force during an ongoing Grapple or Hold, allowing you to grab your enemy's head and slam it down against your rising knee. After succeeding a strength-based Grapple check, you can immediately follow-up with a Knee attack in the same turn. This Knee attack gains a +1 DC bonus and defaults to hitting your opponent's Face, with no penalty to hit this location. Your Grapple or Hold check is not penalised but the Knee attack suffers from the normal Multiple Attack Penalty. After attempting a Knee Smash combo, you automatically lose hold of your opponent, regardless of the attack's outcome.
