Located in the state of Do'Zhev Hanrae in Nelonia, Hezh Tro Khe is a sprawling subterranean city used by the various Nelonian factions as a meeting place for trade and diplomacy. Although it has no special formal standing, it is normally considered the capital of Nelonia, insofar as it has one at all.
Easily the largest settlement in Nelonia, every significant faction has at least some foothold in Hezh Tro Khe and most maintain one or more fortified compounds from which they base their local operations. Several of the smaller factions have no significant holdings at all outside the city.
Hezh Tro Khe is best translated into English as "Weaver of the Web".
