You are well practised at combining a [[Grapple]] attempt with a secondary attack designed to quickly subdue your opponent. Any time you succeed in initiating a Grapple you can follow up with a second attack in the same turn without penalising the Grapple itself. The follow-up attack must be either a [[Headbutt]] or [[Knee]], unless you are grappling one-handed – in which case it can be any attack with your free hand. The normal [[Multiple Attack Penalty]] applies to your follow-up attack. This ability cannot be applied to [[Hold]] attacks or to an ongoing Grapple.
