A hulking slab of a man who serves as one of Anna Leia Lehtranna's crew aboard her skiff The Singing Blade. Gharan is extremely strong and his role on the crew is mostly to intimidate potential enemies and lug heavy cargo around. Because of his great size and rather fearsome appearance, those who don't know him well often assume that Gharan is none too bright, but in fact his grim exterior hides a surprisingly keen wit and an evil sense of humour.
