Chaos-worshipping arch-rivals of the Chorus of Remembrance, the Welcomers share the belief that Endaraen is doomed, but believe it is better to embrace, celebrate and even hasten this end rather than resist it.
Such is the intensity of their long-standing rivalry, that many believe the two cults to be merely two sides of the same coin - more invested in thwarting the goals of the other than they are at achieving anything of any real value.
