Commonly referred to as 'Goblins', the Dhakran are diminutive relatives of the Lokkran and are similar in appearance although smaller, less intelligent and much more savage.
Dhakran would seem to have once been just as widespread as the Lokkran and Humanity but their vicious, primative nature has led to them being hunted down and wiped out in most areas of Teth.
