Dazzling Resistance

Each point of Dazzling Resistance reduces the effective Intensity of any flash effect you are exposed to by one, helping you to avoid Dazzling. It also helps you to avoid penalties due to high background levels of Illumination - reducing any Brightness Penalty by one point per level.
