Black Dragon Sect

Very little is known of this hidden sect but it seems likely that, like the Silver Dragon Sect, it has members drawn from both the Order of the Dragon and the Order of the Moon. The Black Dragon's secretive nature probably suggests that it is involved in covert operations of some kind.
