Prerequisites: Seafaring 1 or Crafting 1
You are familiar with various basic knots and are used to handling ropes, pulleys, winches and so forth. Characters without this ability suffer a -3 penalty any Sailing or Crafting checks made to bind prisoners and all Crafting checks to move heavy objects using ropes.
