Kai-Delvha

A prosperous walled city on the Plane of Delvhasis, Kai-Delvha is a key trade hub and controls much of the trans-planar trade in the Isiri'thantor Branch. The city lies in close proximity to the Planar Gate to Isiri'thantor and much of its trade runs through that plane aboard the massive Kai-Delvha Lifters. Kai-Delvha is ruled by a council of six merchant princes.

The city was once a part of the Shanta-Katran Federation and was one of the few federation members to survive the War of Waking. The scars of the war are apparent to this day, both on those buildings that still stand and in the ruins that surround it. Rather than being a sign of neglect, these remnants are considered a monument by the city's population - to all those who fell in the war.
