The simplest of all common Aerokinetics effects, Bright Sparks conjures forth a handful of crackling electricity that illuminates the the vicinity with a dazzling, flickering light. Although it is primarily intended to serve as a light source, in emergencies it can also be used as a primitive attack spell. Such an attack requires the caster to touch his intended target, jolting it with a burst of lightning and so ending the spell. The relative simplicity of the spell and its ability to inflict a shock means it is also a popular element in acolyte pranks.
Illumination: 3 (Minimal), or 4 x Power
Jolt Damage: 7 Lightning (Minimal), or Power x 14 Lightning
