Headbutts are counted as a Thrusting Attack, doing Very Blunt damage equal to the attacker's Strength by default. They default to hitting the Face and reduce the normal penalty for aiming for Skull or Eye by 3. However, they suffer quadruple the normal penalty for locations below Chest and double for anywhere else. Headbutts can be used by both parties while grappling.
