This ritual consists of a series of abstract magical exercises designed to encourage a mage towards introspective analysis of his own strengths and weaknesses as a spellcaster. If performed successfully, an hour of such study provides a +1 bonus to the caster's Spellcasting skill which lasts until the completion of the spell – and can thus enhance not only the spell itself but also any other Casting Rituals attempted in-between.
