With a greater understanding of Alchemy, you have learnt how to brew more effective spell tonics and contain a wider range of possible spells within them. You are now capable of creating tonics for Contained spells (as well as Touch spells, and spells that are a blend of the two), and the effective Power of tonics you create is equal to 75% (round normally) of the Power you invested in their creation. In addition your Alchemy check to create tonics suffer only a -1 penalty instead of the normal -3.
